The History of Captain Lard and the Cheese Heads

Our Band has no history. We are from Laurel/Ft. Meade (The Armpit) halfway between Washington and Baltimore. Soon we are going play shows and things are happening as you can see in News. To find out who you should blame for this momentous waste of time you can look at and see the Band. Unfourtunately, I know that this is as far as most normal people go before clicking the Back button on your browser. Unless you are Ben.
